Do you ship internationally?
We’re currently only able to ship our cuddly creations to the UK and Ireland. While we’d love to send them further afield, we’re not quite there yet. Thanks for understanding!
How long until my order arrives?
Most of our items are ready to go and will be shipped within 2-3 days via Royal Mail 2nd class, so you can expect them to arrive in 3-5 business days. For preorders, we just need a little extra time—1-2 weeks to get them to you. Thanks for your patience, we promise it’ll be worth the wait!
How do I customise an item?
